Ginseng Recipes
Zucchini Bread with Ginseng
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake 30-40 minutes
Makes one large loaf
Combine the following in bowl and set aside.
1 1/2 flour
1 1/2 to 2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pure Ginseng powder
Combine the following in a mixing bowl:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup grated zucchini
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. finely chopped lemon peel
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
Grease and flour bread pan and pour in mixture. Bake at 180 degrees
C for 30-40 minutes.
